Sound the Horn!

Who we are?

Sound the Horn (STH) is a youth-driven initiative focused on empowering young individuals through mentorship connections and enhanced resource accessibility. Established in 2020, STH was developed in response to the increasing prevalence of mental health challenges among youth and barriers to access essential services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The program is spearheaded by a dedicated team of youth committed with support from P2P board and staff to cultivate support networks and promote community engagement.
